Sundelin Anna

Anna Sundelin is a PhD student at the Department of History, Åbo Akademi University.  Her research interests include the history of consumption and material culture. Currently she is finishing her thesis entitled ”Expensive living and costly entertainment.” Material culture and gentility in Jamaica in the eighteenth century”.  She is also studying initerant peddlers as part of the project ”Kommunicerande konsumtion: kringvandrande försäljande och kulturmöten i Finland 1800-1940”. The project is funded by the Society of Swedish Litterature in Finland. Furthermore, she is part of  a Kone Foundation funded project  named ”Klasskamp på svenska (KPS): språk och identitet i den svenskspråkiga arbetarrörelsen i Finland under 1900-talet”.
